Prior to the start of the 2010 season all member clubs were supplied with instructions regarding the forwarding of correspondence to the MDSFA office and Local Competition Committee.

Any queries regarding score adjustments, complaints re officials/referees/etc, requests for rescheduling of games or other matters concerning matches must be forwarded on club letterhead through your club secretary. Letters forwarded to the MDSFA office by coaches, managers, spectators, parents or players dealing with any such issues will NOT be dealt with by the Local Competition Committee unless they are received through the correct channels.

The MDSFA and LCC are in constant contact with the individual club secretaries regarding ongoing matters to do with our competitions. These club officials therefore are obviously up to date with the latest information which enables them to assist with the majority of enquiries. Thank you for your assistance.
