Macarthur Boys Star in 2008 State Titles.

This year's State titles were played on the week beginning the 7 th of July 2008 and Macarthur had a strong representation in the Metro South 16 man squad. Macarthur's five representatives in the team were Lachlan Roberts, Lachlan Martin, Lachlan Everett, Luke Periera and Ryan Gordan.

To cap off a fine week the Metro South team won 6 games, drew two and lost none, scoring 18 goals for and 8 against. The team finished runners up in this prestigious tournament and were the only team to go through the tournament undefeated.

Once again as an Association, we are very proud of these boys. They represented our Association with pride and showed that Macarthur Football has plenty of talented players from the region.
